COIT Cleaning and Restoration

From Meridian Street in Irwindale, this COIT branch covers Los Angeles County, including Pasadena, Covina, Burbank, Downey and Beverly Hills. Cleaning crews take on carpet, area rugs, tile and grout, upholstery, wood floors, stone, drapery and concrete, plus air ducts and dryer vents. Restoration crews handle fire and smoke damage, emergency water damage, content restoration and mold remediation, and the mold specialists explain each stage to the customer. Technicians hold IICRC certification, and the branch brings more than 30 years of emergency restoration work. Pricing depends on the service, the location and the size of the home. Residential and commercial jobs are both taken.
