Chatsworth Restoration

Sewage cleanup, water extraction and rebuilding after a loss are handled from the Cozycroft Avenue office in Chatsworth, which also covers Northridge, Porter Ranch and the rest of the San Fernando Valley. The same crew rebuilds kitchens and baths. During recovery, moisture detection and industrial drying equipment go in while the structure is checked. Mold work includes HEPA containment under negative pressure, removal of affected porous material, an antimicrobial treatment and a final check before new drywall or paint. Covered claims are billed to insurance directly, and dispatch runs around the clock.
