JW Environmental Remediation Services

JW Environmental Remediation Services handles mold and environmental remediation for people with mold-related illnesses, environmentally acquired illnesses, CIRS and multiple chemical sensitivities. From Trade Center Drive in Rancho Cordova, the firm carries out chemical avoidant mold removal, small particle cleaning and several rounds of detailed cleaning, with containment set up to keep work areas separated. Inspections cover the home, attic and crawlspace, and crawlspace encapsulation is offered. Consulting on water damage mitigation follows the ANSI IICRC S500 and S520 standards. Work runs through five phases, beginning with known water damage and visible mold and extending to an assessment of the rest of the home. An Indoor Environmental Professional oversees consulting, and the team includes an IICRC Certified Mold Remediation Specialist.
