SERVPRO of Centre City / Uptown

This office serves central San Diego, including Centre City and Uptown, from its location on Camino del Rio South. Crews are on call around the clock for water extraction and structural drying, fire and smoke cleanup, storm response, and biohazard and crime scene cleaning. Mold work begins with inspection and sampling to locate growth, followed by containment and removal, and the moisture source is addressed so the problem does not return. Reconstruction is handled through the same office. Specialty cleaning covers air ducts and HVAC systems, carpet and upholstery, and ceilings, floors and walls, along with document recovery and odor removal. The franchise dates to 1967, holds IICRC certification, is licensed for general contracting, and works with insurers as a preferred vendor, supplying claim documentation.
