Water Champ

Water Champ works out of Edgewater Boulevard in Foster City, covering that city and the rest of the Peninsula, and answers water emergencies at any hour. Crews pull standing water from buildings, dry the structure, rebuild areas harmed by flooding, and address flooded basements and failed sump pumps. Certified technicians sort losses by the IICRC S500 categories, and photographs with scope notes are gathered for the insurance claim. Should mold show up during drying, work follows the IICRC S520 standard, and a clearance report logs the final readings. Crawlspace encapsulation, sewage cleanup and commercial jobs are available, and the office will speak with an insurer on request.
