Premier Coastal Remediation and Reconstruction

Premier Coastal Remediation & Reconstruction is a licensed California general contractor, CSLB #742256, that specializes in fire, smoke, water and mold remediation for residential properties and HOAs. It covers Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Encino and nearby coastal communities, and it provides full reconstruction after remediation. Owner Jason T. Handy was raised in Pacific Palisades in the 1970s and 1980s. Smoke remediation projects were completed with independent hygienists and third-party clearance testing. Before the January 7, 2025 Palisades Fire, most of the company's loss work was water mitigation and reconstruction after plumbing failures, slab leaks and weather-related intrusion.
